Applications With the function of both silane coupling agent and crosslinking agent, the suitable polymers of vinyltriethoxysilane include polyethylene, polypropylene, unsaturated polyester, etc. It can be used to improve the affinity of glass fibre, inorganic fillers and resin to react with vinyl, usually used in cables and pipes made of silane crosslinked polyethylene.
This kind of vinyl silane is used in the production of the silicone-modified acrylic emulsion, silicone-modified styrene-butadiene latex, etc., to improve the hydrophobicity and adhesion of the polymer.
Vinyltriethoxysilane (CAS 78-08-0) can also be utilized to improve the binding force, compatibility and adhesion of the inorganic powder materials to polymers.

Packaging and Storage Vinyltriethoxysilane can be packed in 200KG drums, IBC and ISO Tank.
It should be sealed and stored in cool and well-ventilated place, and kept away from fire and water.
